Tourist Consortium A.P.M. - Abetone Montagna Pistoiese

The Tourist Consortium APM Abetone Mountain Pistoiese currently regrouping No 30 companies spread throughout the Mountain and some road-side Emilia (still facing the Abetone ski area), including tourist facilities and accommodation businesses, was founded in 1995 to promote, publicize and build on the Mount of tourist and Pistoiese companies that operate there.

The Tourist Consortium APM is concerned with improving economic and professional members of the consortium, organization and coordination of undertakings, the promotion of tourism for the areas in which they operate the consortium, the provision of services in the field of marketing and promotion of local tourism, reception, animation, optimize the management of common services and vocational training of members.

The Tourist Consortium APM aims in particular to increase attendance in tourist hotels and extralberghieri associates through all forms of promotion done, both by means of marketing of package tours, and through agreements with organizations and institutions offering also, where necessary, subsidiary guarantees and setting up guarantee funds. The Consortium will participate in exchanges and national fairs and international tourism and all those other events deemed relevant to the implementation of social purpose.

It is also proposed to coordinate any purchases by entering into collective agreements with most economic potential of companies that provide products with higher consumption in business.
